Detailed Itinerary
Day 01

Chiang Rai Arrival

Upon arrival at the airport in Chiang Rai, free at leisure to stroll around in the city. Overnight in Chiang Rai.
Day 02

Chiang Rai – Doi Tung – Mae Sai – Golden Triangle – Chiang Rai (B)

Depart to visit "Doi tung Palace" to see the main hall where the people can show their respect to the photos of the Princess mother or the King's mother. After that, continue to Mae Sai where you can see the border between Thailand and Burma called “Tha Khee Lek”. Then visit the Golden Triangle area which once used to be the opium trade area. Here is a chance to go on Mae Khong River by the river boat ride to our neighborhood, Laos.
Day 03

Chiang Rai – Thaton (B)

Take a trip to visit Chiang Rai. You will start with a walk in the heart of the local market, where locals come to sell and buy their vegetables and fruit in the morning. Then visit the Wat Phra Kaew temple, the superb museum Rai Mae Fah Luang and visit the white temple, Wat Rong Khun. In the afternoon, head to Thaton Area. Visiting Thaton temple up the mountain with the beautiful overview of Kok River.
Day 04

Thaton – Chiang Dao – Pai (B)

Leave Thaton for the Chiang Dao Area. Here, visit Chiang Dao Temple cave. After lunch on your own, continue the trip to Pai, a small town in Mae Hong Son province. Stop at Mae Malai village where there is a market with all the most featured products of Thailand. Drive through Mork Fah Waterfall. Then stop at Pong Deuid, one of the most beautiful hot springs in the province of Chiang Mai. Arrive in Pai in the evening.
Day 05

Pai – Mae Hong Son (B)

Embark on a cruise for sightseeing along the Pai River and have a chance to observe the most beautiful scenery and simple life style. Then visit Long-Necked Karen village, the women in this tribal village wear their one brass winding rings on their necks. Afternoon, visit Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu which is located on the outskirts of Mae Hong Son town at the top of Kong Mu Hill. Then, continue to visit Jong Kham and Jong Klang temples, old temples consisting of beautiful Burmese style edifices which put up the holy Buddha image.
Day 06

Mae Hong Son (B)

In the morning, we will first visit Tham Lod Cave by bamboo raft, home to large numbers of bats and swifts and are filled with stalactites and stalagmites. In the Afternoon, transfer to the Lahu Hill Tribe village to watch their still primitive lifestyle. Our next village is Lisu Hill Tribe village, which is a very famous village in sewing, embroidery, and making silverware. Then, transfer back to your hotel for the overnight stay in Mae Hong Son.
Day 07

Mae Hong Son – Mae Chaem – Chiang Mai (B)

After breakfast, visit the local market and depart for Chiang Mai via Mae Chaem. Along the way, pass through the Doi Inthanon National Park, which is rich in plant and animal species, especially birds, and some ethnic minorities live there. Stop to visit some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Chiang Mai province. Arrival in Chiang Mai in the evening.
Day 08

Chiang Mai (B, L)

Visit the most beautiful temples of Chiang Mai including Wat Phra Singh temple, Wat Phan Tao, Wat Chedi Luang. Then stroll along small streets lined with traditional houses, where you will take a rickshaw tour. After that, take a walk through the central market of Warorot. In the afternoon, visit Doi Suthep hill, then climb up more than 300 stairs and finally take an elevator to the top. Here you will get a chance to admire the picturesque panorama views of Chiang Mai.
Day 09

Chiang Mai – Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (B, L)

Pick up from your hotel at 8:30 and arrive at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. Here, you will meet your guide and walk for 10-15 minutes through the Jungle to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary then join some activities with elephants: feed, interact, and play with the elephants in a natural environment, take photos with the elephants. After lunch, bathe and brush the elephants then join a mud spa.
Day 10

Chiang Mai Departure (B)

Today, time would be free on your own until transfer to the airport in Chiang Mai for your own departure flight.
