I found Style Travel through an online search and contacted them via email. Lisa replied almost immediately and we began planning our two tours in Vietnam and Cambodia together. Throughout the planning, Lisa was exceptionally responsive to our requests and questions.
She booked two tours of 6 days each; one covering Ho Chi Minh City & the Mekong Delta; the second was around Siem Reap, then Phnom Penh. Lisa also booked two flights and all airport transfers for us and advised us how to book buses for our holiday when we were not on the tours.
For each location we had a private team of Driver & Tour (English speaking) Guide, all of whom were at the top-end of excellent. :)
The vehicles we travelled in were spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean. The drivers were friendly, attentive, safe and very skilled in the chaotic (by Australian norms) traffic.
Our guides in each of the three locations were so knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful and adapted our itinerary to suit us. They also quickly made warm and genuine personal connections with us and our conversations and interactions with each of them were highlights of our tours.
In summary, we will be recommending Style Travel to our friends and family and will definitely be making contact with Lisa to organise our next trip to SE Asia.

Wir sind gerade in den letzen Atemzügen unserer Rundreise. Wir haben ein dreiwöchiges Program von Norden bis Süden über Jason gebucht. Alles lief reibungslos. Es fing an mit der 1. Abholung am Flughafen Hanoi. Alle Fahrer waren immer überpünktlich. Die regionalen Guides auch immer gut bis sehr gut. Jason hat für uns auch die Zwischenflüge sowie die Nachtzüge nach Sapa gebucht. Ma and Pa in Thailand and Malaysia
We did the Style Travel Explore Thailand and Malaysia tour. We are aged in our mid 70's and did not find the tour overbearing. It was hotter than we normally experience at home in Australia but we coped okay. The tour was a good mixture of cities and country so we got a good overall picture of what life is like in these two countries. We travelled by vehicle from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and return and also from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and return and Kuala Lumpur to Penang so we saw a lot of the countryside which we enjoyed. Being chauffeur driven made it all the better. The hotels we stayed at were excellent and there was some variety between the hotels which added to the holiday experience. All our guides were excellent. The guides in Bangkok and Chiang Mai stayed with us for a few days and we got to know them well. Ms Aurora in Bangkok and Ms Man in Chiang Mia/Chiang Rai were very good to us. Guides in the other places we visited didn't spend as much time with us but they were all excellent. All attractions on the tour were worth seeing. The visit to Phi Phi Island off Phuket Island is really for younger people i.e. swimming and snorkeling although we did enjoy the day.

An amazing experience with Style Travel
OMG! An amazing adventure with Style Travel. I wish they do Europe but at this point they only do Asia. They made our trip so easy, and believe me because it is so hot in Thailand and Vietnam, you don't want to be at a corner street wandering around town. Miss Ellie from Style Travel was exceptional. I am not easy to deal with and she was so patient, and answered all of my numerous questions, changed the itinerary when I wanted to add something. I think she works 24/7. Private guides everywhere, 4 and 5 stars hotels, all transports, all breakfasts, most lunches. We went from Calgary to Bangkok where a driver was waiting for us. Brought us to the Eastin Hotel in Bangkok(have a look on google!) where we had AMAZING breakfast buffet! Our guide and driver picked us up the next day and toured us all around( the agency send you all that ahead of time so that you can review). So Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Phi Phi Islands, then Vietnam, Saigon, Mekon Delta, Dalat, Danang, Hoian, Hanoi, Halong Bay. An amazing trip all around. I absolutely would use them again and again. I should add that our friends went before us last year and paid 2500$US per person for 20 days. Not included is tips, some dinners, international flights. Family tour of Thailand - Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket
We are currently finishing up a 14 day tour of Thailand with our family organized by Style Travel. Everything from the first reply to our inquiry to the trip and follow up through our has been outstanding. Miss Lisa provided incredibly customer service during planning and customization of our trip. Everything on the trip itself has been absolutely seamless and we have had a great experience. CEO Jason also reached out during the trip to ensure all is going well. The group enjoyed every places we visited. All the hotels that we stayed are all great especially Sapa and Ha Long Bay. The itinerary that Lisa and I have discussed are on point. Your company have let us experience the authentic Vietnamese culture… from the food, lifestyle and tourist spots. History of Vietnam is remarkable and hats off to hardworking Vietnamese The tour guide did well with their job especially Mr Huang and Ms Thu where they’ve been given us lots of information about Vietnam. They’re very approachable, welcoming and even given their above and beyond services to the entire group. We appreciate their patience, flexibility and commitment to the entire tour. We had the pleasure of having Style Travel plan an amazing month for 6 of us in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. Ellie, was our agent that put this all together for us and was able to modify and help us with every need! Even though we never met her face to face, I feel like she was able to understand us. Even after the loss of a phone, and a few other incidents, the outcome was always a good one - so helpful! We were greeted at every airport with signage - always on time and no delays. Our drivers and guides were the best. They were able to relate personal experiences and share history that is not found in books. I would be the first one to use Style travel again and hope to in the near future! Super satisfecha y feliz de haber escogido estos destinos y a Style Travel. Crearon el viaje a medida, hicimos Vietnam, Camboya y Tailandia, por 3 semanas. Nuestro principal requerimiento es que queriamos guias en español en cada una de los lugares que escogimos, y fueron unos guias geniales. La logistica tanto de los traslados aereos como los recojos de aeropuertos y desplazamientos para los multiples tours fueron puntuales y correctos. Los hoteles super bien ubicados, esto es indispensable. Lo mas importante es el acompañamiento de parte de Ellie, adsolviendo todas nuestras consultas y dudas antes y en el viaje. Al llegar tuve un retraso en la entraga de la maleta por pàrte de la aerolinea, Ellie se encargo de las comunicaciones y la entraga de la maleta a nuestro hotel en Hanoi, a pesar que la maleta estaba en Bangkok, esto hizo toda la diferencia. From the very outset of expressing an interest in wishing to undertake a journey through Vietnam and Cambodia, Style Travel have been meticulous in their suggestions for a tour plan, and once decided upon, made all the arrangements required to ensure a flawless and very positive experience ensued. First of all I really would like to thank Lisa and all the staff agency for what they have done for us when my wife got injured. Style Travel: a great choice!
We just returned from an 18 day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. We worked with Style Travel, a Vietnamese Travel Agency, who planned our trip and managed all aspects of it. The mastermind for us behind it all was a fantastic young woman named Lisa. She was amazing in every way. She gave us her initial thoughts on an itinerary and then worked with us to adjust it to our desires and needs, whether extending time in a place, changing modes of transportation or figuring out the best hotels for us to stay in each location. She was stellar! Our package, included all hotels, guides, drivers, internal flights and many meals. I can’t say enough about the quality of the hotels. Though we chose to go the 5 star route, our expectations were continually surpassed by the quality of the hotels and resorts where we stayed. Lisa took such good care of us! Our guides in each place we visited went from spectacular to more spectacular - smart, funny, informative, professional as well as being genuinely nice people. A big surprise on the trip was an overnight on a 30 cabin ship to cruise Halong Bay. The accommodations, the food, the side trips were amazing. We’d agreed to this in our itinerary, but never imagined that it would be such a highlight. Wow! We covered so much ground on this trip that it gave us true highlights of each area. We’d been worried that we might not get enough depth of information, but we got as much as we could handle. And if we felt we needed more, Lisa was there to alter things to give us what we desired. The one thing no one can control is the weather and though we had to deal with rain, a typhoon, heat and humidity it never became an issue. Excellent trip with Style Travel Asia
We had in April 2025 an outstanding 15 days private tour in Cambodia and Laos organised by Style Travel and especially Ms. Trang Nguyen / Ellie. We started from Phnom Penh then Siem Reap and Laos we visited Luang Prabang (what a jewel city) Vang Vieng and Vientiane. We were 2adults familly members mother and doughter. First of all the proposed itinerary from Ms Ellie not only met our expectations but it was fascinating and exactely what we looked for. It was a mixture of the most important monuments to see plus beautiful natural landscapes, special places to see like caves and river villages and also very well preserved colonial towns. The organisation of the trip which was a private tour was impeccable and without any problem in every aspect. All the program was kept as it was written. Thanks to this organisation plus the affordable and very causy and centrally located hotels we had un amazing experience and one unforgettable trip. Transportation and sightseeing cars were spotless clean confortable and spacious. Drivers very polite helpful and professional. The tour guides especially in Siem Reap (place of Angkor) very informative professional and helpful too. In Laos very good guides in Vang Vieng and in Vientiane. In total we enjoyed mindless thanks to Style Travel and Ellie, very much our trip and most of all the beauties and the world heritage monuments of these wonderful countries. Thanks Style Travel for a wonderful 13 days in Malaysia
We recently booked a private tour through Malaysia with Style Travel. Although a little nervous in the beginning in dealing with them as we had never heard of them, we were left with no doubt as to how good they were. Panagiotis Fantakis Greece 23 Feb – 23 Mart 2025 In my attempt to organize a month-long trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos for 4 people, I found by chance the Style Travel website. There I found some interesting ready-made tour packages, but of fewer days. I contacted Style Travel asking if they could take on the organization of our 28-day private tour and what they had to offer us. Luckily for me, the very next day Miss Lisa (Nhung Tran) responded to me, who proved to be a great asset. Lisa immediately understood the type of trip we wanted and submitted her suggestions to us. With small changes, we ended up with a fairly full and demanding program. The truth is that I doubted whether it could be implemented accurately. I was wrong, for Lisa everything is possible. Everything went smoothly. The places we visited were amazing, the drivers were experienced and on time, the tour guides were helpful, the hotels were central and as we had agreed, the breakfast and meals were attentive and delicious. I have known Lisa at Style Travel for 2 years and we have together arranged for 3 group tours. January 2024 1) 18 people - 10 days Best of Vietnam 2) 8 people - 10 days Best of Thailand January 2025 3) 20 people - 16 days Exploring Malaysia and Bali From the 3 tours we have taken with our group, many of us are repeat customers as with every tour, the experiences have been different and amazing. Like any travel, we did come across some issues. When we reached out to Lisa, she tried her very best to fix matters asap. I am extremely happy to see marked improvements in the way she handled matters to better the services. We are repeat customers because we are happy customers. Knowing Lisa for so long have made communication with her seamless. She's amazing with timely response and working closely together at customizing trips based on customers styles, preferences, ability and age which have made the group tours not only enjoyable, but also memorable for a lifetime. Must applaud Lisa for her good sense of customer needs and comfort and for her to go the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction. Tours in Vietnam and Cambodia
I found Style Travel through an online search and contacted them via email. Lisa replied almost immediately and we began planning our two tours in Vietnam and Cambodia together. Throughout the planning, Lisa was exceptionally responsive to our requests and questions. She booked two tours of 6 days each; one covering Ho Chi Minh City & the Mekong Delta; the second was around Siem Reap, then Phnom Penh. Lisa also booked two flights and all airport transfers for us and advised us how to book buses for our holiday when we were not on the tours. For each location we had a private team of Driver & Tour (English speaking) Guide, all of whom were at the top-end of excellent. :) The vehicles we travelled in were spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean. The drivers were friendly, attentive, safe and very skilled in the chaotic (by Australian norms) traffic. Our guides in each of the three locations were so knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful and adapted our itinerary to suit us. They also quickly made warm and genuine personal connections with us and our conversations and interactions with each of them were highlights of our tours. In summary, we will be recommending Style Travel to our friends and family and will definitely be making contact with Lisa to organise our next trip to SE Asia. Mr. Cong in Hanoi, Mr Quang in Hoian and Mr Kyusin in Siem Reap Cambodia all the guides were very good.
Each destination was well covered . Lisa worked with me for over 6 months to make sure my group has the best of all. Lisa has lots of patience and she has been pro Pt to answer each our query’s. Hotels booked were centrally located and each of them were up to our standard. Every aspect of working with Style Travel was spot on for our tour ot Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. From the initial section of the itinerary, the provided great suggestions and adapted their initial plans to our interests. They scrambled proactively to find us new accommodations when our boat in Halong Bay was damaged in the typhoon. Communication throughout was timely and clear. Amazing experience in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand
What an amazing experience that we had in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. We contacted Lisa from style travel about six months prior to our trip not really knowing a whole lot about her or the company and she made our planning process so easy. We may changes along the way which she had no problem, accommodating, and even made a change during the trip on a Saturday, and she made sure that it was all taken care of. Our drivers and guides arrived exactly at the time they said they were supposed to be and kept us on schedule and showed us everything that we wanted to see. We made slight scheduling modifications during the day to make sure that we got to see what we wanted to see in case we had bad weather. But the fortunately weather didn’t impact our trip at all. The boat we were supposed to go onto to Halgon Bay Was damaged due to a typhoon, but Lisa proactively made the changes to ensure that we could still go on the boat ride for the evening. All of the hotels, that were mostly four and five star, that she booked for us. We’re all beautiful and in perfect locations. They were all central to the activities that we wanted to do. The food that was provided as part of the trip was all authentic and delicious. Lisa checked on us often during the trip and even came to visit us while we were in Hanoi. I have friends and family that want to book a trip to Southeast Asia and visit many of the same countries we went to and would 100% , recommend Lisa and style travel for their planning. I hope in the near future to be able to travel and see more of these beautiful countries and will definitely use Lisa again for the planning process. Fantastic tour of Vietnam and Cambodia.
I arranged an 11 day tour of Vietnam and a 5 day tour of Cambodia through Style Travel for myself and my 17 year old son (from UK). From the very outset of contacting them for a quote they were excellent. Responsive, timely, helpful and an overwhelming feeling that they really want you to come to experience their countries. The tours had a private car and guide for each day and all internal transfers, hotels, cruise, lunches and travel. We had no issues whatsoever throughout the whole experience and I cannot recommend Style Travel enough. When I checked them out on Trip Advisor and the web it was difficult to find many reviews but I took the plunge and am truly glad I did. The guides provided were excellent, very knowledgeable, punctual and spoke good if not great English. Water was provided everyday and the lunches were plentiful and all using local foods to give that authentic experience. All hotels were of a quality standard as described when booked. All were 4* and two were probably a little better than that. We commenced in Hanoi, then Ha Long Bay (cruise), Hue, Hoian, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Mekong Delta, Phnom Penh and finally Siem Reap. It was a fantastic experience with so much to see and do I can only recommend you go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Our thanks to Style Travel (Lisa) who arranged it all. It was a not to be forgotten holiday for all the right reasons. (Oh and if you fly into or out of Cambodia use Siem Reap. 16 day tour of Vietnam with family and friends
Just back from a fantastic 16 day tour of Vietnam organised by Style Travel. A mix of culture, activities and downtime. The whole experience was made the more enjoyable by the excellent organisation and co-ordination of the Style Travel team, namely Ellie, our rep based in Hanoi and guides - Mr Hiep (Hanoi), Mr Nhan (Hue and Hoian) and especially Mr Thien (HCMC)! They were all knowledgable, helpful and very personable, you really felt they enjoyed their work and were happy to adapt a tour or timetable (within reason of course!) eg not on our original itinerary, but we made a visit to Hanoi’s ‘Train Street’, a must for the experience. The hotels choices were great, 4 star standard and all situated in prime locations. If you can get rooms on the higher floors, city facing, it’s worth it for the views, the White Lotus Hotel in Hue was a favourite. This meant that in our free time we could explore the local areas for food, shopping and people watching. Hanoi old quarter, night markets and street food, Halong Bay (one night on a cruise ship is enough - we were on one of the ‘smaller’ boats Calypso Cruise with 20 cabins), Hue and the Imperial city in the old Citadel, Hoian and its ancient town and night life along the canals and HCMC the capital, Cu Chi tunnels, markets and shopping, all have their own characters and atmospheres. Three days on Phu Quoc Island, Camia Resort, for some chill time. The resort was lovely with pretty landscaped gardens and grounds. The infinity pool and the sunset restaurant were great for photos! I would also recommend going on the ‘Sea Walk’ experience if you were going to do a day tour. The Vietnamese people are lovely, friendly and welcoming, not a bad word to say about the whole trip. I would highly recommend Style Travel. They are very versatile and can put together a bespoke tour or adapt one of their own ready made packages. Communication with them was easy (email and WhatsApp mainly) and Ellie kept me informed all the way, answering any queries promptly, before and during the tour. They offer tours and accommodation to suit different budgets, we opted for a ‘mid level standard’, four star, and weren’t disappointed. They also organised four internal flights with all transfers. There were a couple of very minor delays to pickups, I say very minor because Ellie sorted them out straightaway so they didn’t become an issue and I only mention it to show the level of customer service provided. Cut out the middle man and deal with Style Travel directly and spend your money on your actual holiday rather than on commission to a UK rep. Dear Style Travel We had been looking for a 51th wedding family holiday and our children suggested to go to Vietnam and we came across Style travel and contacted them. We could not have done a better choice, Ellie contacted us and we exchanged several emails as to what we wanted and what she could suggest to us, which resulted in a fantastic holiday for our 3 generation family where 12 of us went from Hanoi to Saigon via Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, byTrain to Hu, and plane to Saigon and Mekong delta every time with a local guide. What an experience for the family We also went before the family's came to Sapa ,unfortunately it was all the time very cloudy , Though we had a good time with Mrs Thuy the local tour guide with whom we walked through a couple of villages and she explained about local culture. An absolute amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia!!
An amazing Vietnam and Cambodia trip! My daughter (27) and I did a private tour booked with Style Travel and they did an amazing job! Our travel agent, Lisa, worked with me starting in March 2023 and our trip was February 2024. Poor Lisa! I was a lot. She worked with me and got our trip booked exactly how I wanted it. She was phenomenal. I feel as if we’re friends now. Lisa booked all of our private drivers and tour guides. The tour guides were amazing and it was nice to do a private tour so it could be customized even the day we were doing the activities. Our first day touring, I wasn’t feeling well (jet lag) and our guide realized that. He suggested that we go back to our hotel for a rest and they would pick us up later and finish our tour. I can’t say what a relief that was. All of our guides felt like friends after touring with them. A shout out to Mr Cong, Mr Long, Mr Ahn and Mr Mob Vantha. Amazing! Lisa booked our hotels (wow!) and our in-country flights and our flight to Cambodia. All went so smoothly. It was also stress free to know there would be a driver to pick us up at the airport. Some of the places we went were: Hanoi, Ninh Binh, an overnight cruise on Lan Ha Bay, Hue, Hoi An, the Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, and Siem Reap. Mind Blowing Experience in Vietnam & Cambodia with Style Travel
First of all, I have to say thank you to Lisa who has so much patience with me during the process of questions and multiple times of changing itineraries. Her response was fast and provided sufficient information for me to make decisions. They are very accommodative, efficient and flexible. Lisa also took the time to send me different currencies in Vietnam and Cambodia, the weather of the countries when it was closer to my departure and other information like sim card and all the contacts I need if I need emergency assistance. She kept in touch with me all the time during my trip to make sure I was enjoying my vacation. They arranged a 14 days trip to Vietnam and Cambodia for me. Their local guides and drivers are super professional especially Tho in Hue/Hoian, Thien in HCM & Mekong Delta who went over and above for my requests eg. buying some special snacks or bringing me to some special restaurants. Tho was like a history teacher who inspired me to dig further into Vietnamese history. Thien was like an old friend who have not met for a long time (very friendly and always have a smile on his face). I have been doing a few trips with private tours/operators. The experience with Style Travel was amazing and mind blowing. If you want an unforgettable trip, just let them know what you are looking for, they will achieve your expectation 100% because all they want is for you to have a relaxed and worried free vacation. Vietnam & Cambodia with Style Travel
Oct 22 - Nov 8th 23. I took a group of 14 to discover Vietnam (North Central & South) and Cambodia (North-South). The travel company I used was Style Travel. They were amazing, Jason who was my contact planned our trip in so much detail, taking in many sights. The locations, Hotels and guides all were fantastic. The guide's English and knowledge were excellent. The guides were always on time and never rushed us. They were so professional in their jobs. we had two medical incidents, and Style arranged everything through the guide without hesitation. never had to worry. Style organised a magnificent 3 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The organisation and communication was impeccable. All guides and visits were spot on and we cannot fault anything.
