I found Style Travel through an online search and contacted them via email. Lisa replied almost immediately and we began planning our two tours in Vietnam and Cambodia together. Throughout the planning, Lisa was exceptionally responsive to our requests and questions. She booked two tours of 6 days each; one covering Ho Chi Minh City & the Mekong Delta; the second was around Siem Reap, then Phnom Penh. Lisa also booked two flights and all airport transfers for us and advised us how to book buses for our holiday when we were not on the tours. For each location we had a private team of Driver & Tour (English speaking) Guide, all of whom were at the top-end of excellent. :) The vehicles we travelled in were spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean. The drivers were friendly, attentive, safe and very skilled in the chaotic (by Australian norms) traffic. Our guides in each of the three locations were so knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful and adapted our itinerary to suit us. They also quickly made warm and genuine personal connections with us and our conversations and interactions with each of them were highlights of our tours. In summary, we will be recommending Style Travel to our friends and family and will definitely be making contact with Lisa to organise our next trip to SE Asia. Wir sind gerade in den letzen Atemzügen unserer Rundreise. Wir haben ein dreiwöchiges Program von Norden bis Süden über Jason gebucht. Alles lief reibungslos. Es fing an mit der 1. Abholung am Flughafen Hanoi. Alle Fahrer waren immer überpünktlich. Die regionalen Guides auch immer gut bis sehr gut. Jason hat für uns auch die Zwischenflüge sowie die Nachtzüge nach Sapa gebucht. Alles lief perfekt. Wir haben per Kreditkarte die Anzahlung gemacht, den Rest bar vor Ort am 1 Tag in Hanoi. Auch die Qualität und größe der Autos war top.

Ma and Pa in Thailand and Malaysia We did the Style Travel Explore Thailand and Malaysia tour. We are aged in our mid 70's and did not find the tour overbearing. It was hotter than we normally experience at home in Australia but we coped okay. The tour was a good mixture of cities and country so we got a good overall picture of what life is like in these two countries. We travelled by vehicle from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and return and also from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and return and Kuala Lumpur to Penang so we saw a lot of the countryside which we enjoyed. Being chauffeur driven made it all the better. The hotels we stayed at were excellent and there was some variety between the hotels which added to the holiday experience. All our guides were excellent. The guides in Bangkok and Chiang Mai stayed with us for a few days and we got to know them well. Ms Aurora in Bangkok and Ms Man in Chiang Mia/Chiang Rai were very good to us. Guides in the other places we visited didn't spend as much time with us but they were all excellent. All attractions on the tour were worth seeing. The visit to Phi Phi Island off Phuket Island is really for younger people i.e. swimming and snorkeling although we did enjoy the day.

An amazing experience with Style Travel OMG! An amazing adventure with Style Travel. I wish they do Europe but at this point they only do Asia. They made our trip so easy, and believe me because it is so hot in Thailand and Vietnam, you don't want to be at a corner street wandering around town. Miss Ellie from Style Travel was exceptional. I am not easy to deal with and she was so patient, and answered all of my numerous questions, changed the itinerary when I wanted to add something. I think she works 24/7. Private guides everywhere, 4 and 5 stars hotels, all transports, all breakfasts, most lunches. We went from Calgary to Bangkok where a driver was waiting for us. Brought us to the Eastin Hotel in Bangkok(have a look on google!) where we had AMAZING breakfast buffet! Our guide and driver picked us up the next day and toured us all around( the agency send you all that ahead of time so that you can review). So Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Phi Phi Islands, then Vietnam, Saigon, Mekon Delta, Dalat, Danang, Hoian, Hanoi, Halong Bay. An amazing trip all around. I absolutely would use them again and again. I should add that our friends went before us last year and paid 2500$US per person for 20 days. Not included is tips, some dinners, international flights. Family tour of Thailand - Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket We are currently finishing up a 14 day tour of Thailand with our family organized by Style Travel. Everything from the first reply to our inquiry to the trip and follow up through our has been outstanding. Miss Lisa provided incredibly customer service during planning and customization of our trip. Everything on the trip itself has been absolutely seamless and we have had a great experience. CEO Jason also reached out during the trip to ensure all is going well. Tailand This is the second time we have chosen Style Travel to organize a trip for four people to explore Thailand and we did not regret it at all. Everything went smoothly, according to the plan and with absolute precision. Highly Recommended The group enjoyed every places we visited. All the hotels that we stayed are all great especially Sapa and Ha Long Bay. The itinerary that Lisa and I have discussed are on point. Your company have let us experience the authentic Vietnamese culture… from the food, lifestyle and tourist spots. History of Vietnam is remarkable and hats off to hardworking Vietnamese The tour guide did well with their job especially Mr Huang and Ms Thu where they’ve been given us lots of information about Vietnam. They’re very approachable, welcoming and even given their above and beyond services to the entire group. We appreciate their patience, flexibility and commitment to the entire tour. Style Travel - and Ellie - the BEST! We had the pleasure of having Style Travel plan an amazing month for 6 of us in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. Ellie, was our agent that put this all together for us and was able to modify and help us with every need! Even though we never met her face to face, I feel like she was able to understand us. Even after the loss of a phone, and a few other incidents, the outcome was always a good one - so helpful! We were greeted at every airport with signage - always on time and no delays. Our drivers and guides were the best. They were able to relate personal experiences and share history that is not found in books. I would be the first one to use Style travel again and hope to in the near future! Une belle expérience Nous avons voyagé avec cette agence locale. Toute la prestation était bonne. Hôtels, guides , chauffeurs et relations avec l’agence. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec une chambre d’hôtel le lendemain nous avons été invité dans un restaurant gastronomique en compensation. Style Travel were amazing. Everything went like clockwork for the 12 days we spent in Vietnam. The guides were very friendly and knowledgable.
