Detailed Itinerary
Day 01

Bangkok Arrival

Pick up at the airport then transfer to the hotel for check-in and free at leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.
Day 02

Bangkok (B, L)

Transfer to visit the Grand Palace complex and it consists of not only royal and throne halls, but also a number of government offices as well as the renowned Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Continue to visit Wat Phra Kaew then take a joint local public ferry crossing the Chao Phraya River. Along the way, stop at Wat Arun and then take a joint local public back to visit Wat Pho, you will also visit the Wat Traimit which is well known as the Golden Buddha. A walk to visit Chinatown before going back to the hotel for relaxing.
Day 03

Bangkok – Train Market – Floating Market – Kanchanaburi (B)

We drive southwest of Bangkok, visit the Maeklong railway market before driving to Damnoen Saduak, a rural floating market. Stop for a long-tailed boat trip along the waterway to the picturesque floating market of Damnoen Saduak. Continue to the city of Kanchanaburi. Upon arrival, visit the World War II memorial including the Jeath War Museum, Cemetery. Then visit Wang Pho to get on a train ride along the railway to enjoy a beautiful river view for around 30 minutes.
Day 04

Kanchanaburi – Erawan Park – Ayutthaya (B)

In the Morning, depart for Erawan Waterfall, a beautiful seven-tiered waterfall. Located in Erawan National Park. In the afternoon, you will depart for Ayutthaya, the ancient city of Ayutthaya which is known as the 'Venice of the East’.
Day 05

Ayutthaya – Sukhothai (B)

Take a Kermit tuk tuk. En route, explore the temple highlights of the city from Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, Wat Mahathat, and strolling through a local market en route to Wat Phra Srisanphet. Later, continue on a road trip to Sukhothai via Uthai Thani and Phitsanulok. Sukhothai is Thailand’s ancient capital and considered to be the birthplace of Thai culture and “Thainess”.
Day 06

Sukhothai – Lampang (B)

Take the bike to visit Sukhothai historical park, the park contains nearly 200 ruined chedis in remarkable condition. First, we visit the image of Ajana Buddha, the legend of the Buddha spoken at Wat Srichum, then take the bike to visit Wat Phra Phai Luang, Wat Sri Sawai, Wat Sra Sri and Wat Trapang Ngoen. In the afternoon, transfer to Lampang.
Day 07

Lampang – Chiang Rai (B)

Visit Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, one of the best examples of Lanna style architecture in Thailand. Then, take a 30 mins horse-drawn carriage tour through the city and the villages. In the afternoon, head to Chiang Rai. En route, stop at Phayao Lake where you can have a coffee and enjoy the view of the lake.
Day 08

Chiang Rai (B)

Visit the local market to discover the local products. Then visit the world-famous Wat Phra Kaew where the Emerald Buddha image was once enshrined. Move on to Wat Phra Singha where one of Thailand’s most beautiful Buddha images is now enshrined. Then drive to Baan Dam and visit the unique creation of national artist, Thawan Duchanee. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on Mae Kok River from Chiang Rai to Karen village where you can watch elephants and enjoy 1-hour elephant trekking.
Day 09

Chiang Rai – Golden Triangle – Chiang Mai (B)

Have a ride to visit Chiang Saen, the ancient city which is located on the Khong River Bank. After that, visit the Opium Museum which shows about the opium’s history in the past in Thailand. Then, taking a boat trip along the Mekong Kong River to see Thailand, Burma & Laos meet at the Golden Triangle.
Day 10

Chiang Mai – Doi Suthep (B, L)

The morning will be mainly devoted to the walking tour of the old town with a stop at the old wall, the moat and a door of the old town. You will see the most beautiful temples of Chiang Mai: Wat Phra Singh, Wat Phan Tao and Wat Chedi Luang. Then stroll along small streets lined with traditional houses, where you will take a rickshaw tour. After that, take a walk through the central market of Warorot before visiting the Doi Suthep hill.
Day 11

Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon – Chiang Mai (B)

Drive to the highest peak of Thailand – Doi Inthanon National Park. On arrival, we will spend 2.5 hours trekking through the jungle to Pagagayaw Karen hill tribe village. En route, admire the coffee plantation, flower farm and the beautiful rice terraces. Discover the Pagagayaw Karen hill tribe village before moving to Vachiratharn Waterfall, a 70 meters high thunderous waterfall. After that, visit the beautiful architecture of Napamaytanidol Chedi and Phra Mahatat Napaphon Bhumisiri.
Day 12

Chiang Mai – Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (B, L)

Pick up from your hotel at 8:30 then transfer to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. Here, you will meet your guide and walk for 10-15 minutes through the Jungle to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary then join some activities with elephants: feed, interact, and play with the elephants in a natural environment, take photos with the elephants. After lunch, bathe and brush the elephants then join a mud spa.
Day 13

Chiang Mai Departure (B)

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time to unwind or continue exploring the city at your own pace before being transferred to the airport for your departure.
