Detailed Itinerary
Day 01

Yangon Arrival (L)

Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. In the afternoon, begin with an orientation tour of Yangon’s highlights. Afterward, visit the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda and Kandawgyi Park. Here you will see the glittering Karaweik barge, a replica of the royal barge, and the vast lake with views of Shwedagon in the background. From here, continue to the famed 2500-year-old Shwedagone Pagoda.
Day 02

Yangon – Bago – Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) (B, L)

Traveling by road to Kyaikhtiyo. En-route, visit to the huge 55-meter long Shwethalaung reclining Buddha image. Continue to Kyaikhtiyo Kinpun base camp. Check in at a hotel near Golden Rock where you are able to catch sunrise or sunset.
Day 03

Kyaikhtiyo – Yangon (B, L)

Early in the morning, visit Golden Rock for sunrise on your own. After breakfast, head back toward Yangon. Have some free time shopping at Bogyoke Aung San market. Join the locals for a cup of tea at a tea shop. Then return to the hotel.
Day 04

Yangon Departure (B)

Take free time to explore the city by yourself until transfer to Yangon airport for your own departure flight.
