Detailed Itinerary
Day 01

Phnom Penh Arrival

Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel for check in. Today, we will offer you a Cambodia map, and go through your itinerary for the next 8 days. We will also help you to exchange to local currency if needed. The rest of your time is free on your leisure.
Day 02

Phnom Penh (B)

We will visit the main sights including Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Friendship Monument, Independence Monument, National Museum and Wat Phnom. After lunch, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, the site is a former high school which was used as a prison by the communist Khmer Rouge. Next, visit the Killing Fields where large numbers of people were killed & buried by the communist Khmer Rouge.
Day 03

Phnom Penh – Oudong Temple – Battambang (B)

In the early morning, transfer to Battambang. The journey takes about 5-6 hours to reach the final destination. On the way, we will stop at Udong Temple, the former capital city of Oudong. En route, you will also stop at Phnom Praset to see a pre-angkorian temple from the 8th century and a reclining Buddha. Continue our journey to Battambang and check in at the hotel for relaxation and free.
Day 04

Battambang (B)

You will stroll around this local, untouristed and provincial atmosphere town to visit: Ek Phnom temple, rice paper local factory, the local market, the old colonial buildings of the Governor’s residence, experience the famous bamboo train ride  which will bring you through the countryside & local villages and Phnom Sampov where you will sit back and relax to watch millions of bats leave the cave during the beautiful sunset.
Day 05

Battambang – Siem Reap – Floating Village (B)

We drive to Siem Reap. The journey will take about 3 hours. After arrival, you will enjoy a boat trip on the Tonle Sap lake. Here, you will see a fishermen’s “floating village” with floating schools, floating police station, etc.
Day 06

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm Temples (B)

Transfer to visit Angkor Thom including Elephant terrace, Leper King terrace, Baphuon, Royal enclosure, Phimeanakas and Bayon temple. Afterward, you will also visit Ta Prohm temple, one of the most beautiful temples in the area. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat where it is the largest & most impressive of all the temples and it is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
Day 07

Siem Reap – Big Tours – Banteay Srei Temple (B)

Pick up at 8:00 AM and then visit to Banteay Srei Temple, the real Hindu temple built in the 10th century and it is considered to be the jewel of classical Khmer art. This temple is often a favorite among visitors. In the afternoon, visit the Banteay Samre and Pre Rup temple.
Day 08

Siem Reap Departure (B)

You will have free time to relax at the hotel or explore more Siem Reap on your own until transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
